Quality management system

To ensure the product quality, the company set up quality assurance center to control the product quality in all aspects.

A. Laboratory
a. Universal material testing machine：test tensile strength, compressive strength, elongation and extension rate of various materials, semi-finished products and finished products; make tests of peeling, tearing, bending resistance, fracture resistance, compression and so on.
b. DSC test machine: be used to measure the amount of resin in the composites
c. EDXRF spectrometer: be used to measure the amount of heavy metal and harmful metal in alloy, polymer, plastics, mixture and so forth.
